App is showing expired rewards without expiry date in app. At the time of payment cashiers said to me your reward is expire.

No Delivery Status
There is no option to see delivery status for online order. The app itself is very sluggish and hangs alot.

Like others’ complaints, the app will not open! Doing an uninstall and reinstall doesn’t resolve the issue.

This app is terrible, can not view past order or collect points.
The app rarely works, at all.
The food is good though.

Love this and am thrilled they have opened here in Sechelt BC. I only wish there was an option to choose more than one salsa, even if a 2nd one would be a small up charge but right now there’s no option to get more than one type of salsa.

Made an order. Took three hours to get to my place. Ice cold and soggy. $60 for three small items, cold and soggy. Never ever use this app. Or order delivery from BarBurrito. Garbage company with garbage employees

Reordering
I am never able to reorder as I am informed every week that items have changed. I have to start the order from scratch every week - certainly not a big deal, but why offer this reorder option if it is never going to work?

I have recently ordered food from the mobile application but observed some difficulties to place an order.
Issue 1: I am vegetarian trying to find options which had no meat under protein section. While ordering bowl I have an option of falafel but the actual location has another option as veggie ground which is missing in the app.
Suggestion 1: Please include the veggie ground option in protein section for an entree as per location wise and try to include another option like both veggie ground and falafel just like both beans option
Issue 2: in the same way I ordered extreme fries but I haven’t find any veg protein option in protein section
Suggestion 2: Please include the veggie ground option in protein section for the extreme fries/extreme chips
