On installe l’app, il y a une interminable série de fenêtres à fermer. Insupportable. On veut juste un plan!

Terrible not thought out, integrated or real -time
So the app does not properly calculate the most efficient way to get around Barcelona it’s showing suggested routes but does not count for the most efficient routes.
We found it made us get out of the metro into the train system, then back into the metro from the airport.
It’s like getting directions from someone who is not thinking about timing or efficiency just step 123 on a map old school.
Use the app as a Map but make your own decisions re timing and routes. And stay in the Metro system as opposed to the train system where you can.

50 taps to start using the app
Who in their right mind thought that it is a wonderful user experience having to go through 50 taps while scrolling endlessly so that I won't share my private data in the whole Solar system... May I suggest that you insert a button with that function instead?

Yuif you learned spanishfor to use it in Barcalone, forget it when uuse the metro and try to buy a ticket rby rhe ticketautomat. They use their local languge there you won‘t understand anything fom that nearly african dialekt. So sorry to say but Barcelona is a wonderful city as long as you won‘t go by ocercrowded metro where you cant get out at the station where you like because the people first enter and then the people can get out (if they can…) all of my good impressions have been destroyed on the short way from plza españa to jaume1
