Disappointing Onboarding
Seems to have promise, but I’ve already wasted enough time and was only able to scan one barcode. I installed the app on my iPhone 15 Pro, and downloaded the Windows version for my Win11 Pro PC. I used my Microsoft Account to sign up. Work or school accounts appear to be unsupported, so I used my personal MS account. I got to the login success page with the code, but pc app won’t accept it. It also tells me there is a server/app version mismatch, when using the latest currently available on their website. I scanned one barcode and it told me I hit my limit.

SONY手機型號：XQ-DE72, 安卓15, 掃描時選擇單一或連續時，會不給選擇，無法進入掃描畫面。

Too many steps to setup
Way too many steps to setup. Why do I need to download and use the server when I’m only using it for my computer? Why not just pair the data using Bluetooth?

Uygulama güzeldi, fakat son zamanlarda uygulamaya bağlı başka kullanan telefon olmamasına rağmen iki kullanıcı var diye uyarı veriyor. Sistemden atamıyorum a nedenle de kullanmaya devam edemiyorum. Sildim yeniden yükledim vs ama çalışmadı :)
Bug in Version 4.8.3
Bisher bin ich begeisterter Nutzer. Mit der Version 4.8.3 scheint sich aber ein Bug eingeschlichen zu haben. Seitdem komme ich (auf iPhone 8 Plus wie auf iPhone 14) nicht mehr in den Scan-Modus, d.h. Klicke ich auf das Kamera-Symbol (egal ob Einzel- oder Multi-Scan), dann bricht der Scanvorgang ab. Bitte schnell beheben. (Daher eigentlich gerade gar keine Bewertung möglich, sobald er behoben ist gerne wieder 5 Sterne.)

Camera is not loading
Whatever the developers did in the recent update has now completely disabled the camera. I select the single or multiple scan option and now the camera won't open. The app is now defunct! Please fix ASAP as this app is a 5 Star app when it actually works!
Não funciona
Tentei ler o QR-Code e como se esgotou o tempo, não pude fazer mais nada. Ficou instalado no Mac mas não abria pra escanear o QR-Code novamente. Eu nem conseguia apagar o app porque dizia que estava em execução. Tive que reiniciar o Mac pra poder remover o app.

Keine Kameraoptionen
An sich gute App aber leider kann man weder Zoomen noch sonst irgendwie Kameraeinstellungen verändernd. Mit dem iPhone 15 Pro muss man mindestens 1m Abstand halten. Somit ist kein gezieltes scannen möglich.
App is great
It’s simple and it just works. It’s very fast and reliable. However, one thing that would make the user interface much better is an option to turn off automatic scanning when the camera lens is open. This would give us an opportunity to focus in on the correct barcode. Some boxes have multiple barcodes close to each other and it is very easy to scan the wrong one, causing waste of time later deleting unwanted information. This can increase scanning speed and make it more accurate.
Even better, adding an on-screen button to trigger the scan whenever the we align the center of the red square with the barcode we wish to scan. That way the app knows which barcode we want to scan.
Another idea, if we point the camera to a label with multiple barcodes and then we tap on the barcode we want to scan to trigger the reading for only that barcode. This would make things much easier.
