Halfway works
Updated: it stopped working on the iPad as well as the iPhone.
Purchased this because it says it is a universal app. It does work on the iPad flawlessly. It does not work on iPhone at all and causes extreme distortion and immediate crashes currently as of April 2025. Probably because of the recent iOS updates. Hope it gets at update!

Great on iPadOS, not working with Logic Pro on macOS
It’s a great app, but still doesn’t work on macOS in Logic Pro as an AU. Please look into this. Won’t even show up as a plug-in.

Great for One Shot Mastering
Got this tip from a forum and it’s working great for me, for my recorded electronic dance music jams at least: select preset „triple band“, enable the limiter on the right side, run the audio with AUM through it - done, it‘s loud and mastered. I‘m lazy and don’t want to spend time on mastering and still get acceptable results - this here gives me exactly that. Let’s hope it will continue to work in the future too. For now: great!

Works perfectly…but
But the UI using it as AuV3 in GarageBand is a bit cropped and I can’t reach the limiter button on a iPad Pro 11”M1.

Does not display at all in BM3, does not display correctly in AUM, or GarageBand.
Buy it! At £50 this would be a steal!
I spent a year recording, mixing and ‘mastering’. I bought this app and played my mixes though it (using the tripleband preset). My mixes were dull and lacked punch and this app wakes your music up with a bucket of water. It then slaps it around the face and tells it to be the mix it was born to be.
Buy it. You could play your grandmother’s dentures through it and they’d sound like they had gold in them.

Great Effect, AU Compatibility Problems
This is a great massive, multi and effect. It works well for inter-app audio, and as an Audio Unit for Cubasis 2. For other apps, like Auria or Twisted Wave, the AU version creates unusable noise.
The last update was three years ago, so I suspect this will be a problem that stays with the AU for the foreseeable future.

👍 but Auv3 is broken
This is basically a magic bullet for your mix and I’m really really liking it but...
It’s almost unusable as a plug-in because the layout is messed up and cuts off a third of the controls. Only some of the AU window resizes dynamically; some elements are static and don’t scale so they fall out of view.
Strangely, I’m having the same problem on an iPhone 11 and a 2018 iPad Pro 12.9 so it’s not a small screen issue.
I’m a bit baffled by the lack of updates considering it’s one of the top selling music apps on a regular basis. Hopefully it gets addressed someday.

AMAZING!
I don’t write reviews often. In fact maybe this is my 3rd since the release of iPhone 3GS. So I’m not joking when I say this is spectacular. I feel it’s so highly important to recognize and acknowledge developers that give us something that is beyond expectation. As well as especially when the app surpasses a desktop vast or software. This is a little piece of magic. I appreciate the filter and you developers highly. I can’t thank you enough. Simply beautiful.
The only one thing I would wish for is like a little hub where users and the developer can all swap presets. I would love to play with more presents. Because possibilities just seem so Open!

Ottimo sound ma...
Ottimo sound per questa app di mastering. Scoperta su YouTube grazie a SoundTestRoom. Permette di avere un bel suono pompato e compresso il giusto, nonché di equalizzare finemente il lavoro finito.
Unica pecca (grande però) è la scarsa frequenza di aggiornamento dell’app (come si può vedere, 2 anni fa ultimo aggiornamento, davvero troppo). L’app di per sé non ha problemi di compatibilità, ma il vero problema è la non compatibilità con cuffie Bluetooth: restituisce un suono “rotto” e clippato. Aggiornate per favore. Uso Cubasis e ho riscontrato questo bug nel connettere cuffie Bluetooth.

Just Get It!
I’ve used a lot of different mastering apps but dropping this on the output of any mix will give it a whole new (and awesome) sound. Tweak to taste if necessary. Plus as a special fx app this thing kicks!
