Misleading and Unreliable
I booked a ticket online only to find out later—through a friend, not the company—that the boat wasn’t running. They kept selling tickets despite this and only offered me a partial refund (half of what I paid for, actually).
This shows poor communication and customer service. I wouldn’t recommend using this service unless they improve transparency and accountability.

I payed for my ticket and there’s a receipt thru gcash already! And they just stole my money! No confirmation from my gmail! WORST!

How can we even booked a ticket here if your app doesn’t do the work! Birthdate can’t be changed, how can we proceed to payment?!
Great potential, needs to include more available lines
Love the idea of not having to go all the way to the shipping offices to book tickets, but does not include the available roro ferry lines from Dumaguete to Cebu, Siquior or points beyond. Hopefully these will be included in future updates.
