I recently had an unauthorized charge on my account and I went into the bossier Barksdale branch and filed a dispute. The employee denied my dispute after seeing that the charge repeated after 30 days within my authorization. I have been with barksdale federal for over 13 years and this was very disappointing. Not a way to treat a long term client.

Weekends the app lacks in the ability to show accurate data. Have had many problems with transactions not even deducted in actual balance available. This day and age I expect instant data can be accurately shown

The app would be way better if it didn’t prompt me to answer how much I liked it every time I opened said app ….

At first I didn’t like my setup of my account until someone helped me understand what to look for and when my funds were low and why I received nsf. Now I love it, I love the fraud alerts that I’ve received in the past.

The ladies at Barksdale Hodge office have always been there whenever I needed them. The service is excellent and friendly.

You’ll seemingly have enough to pay for stuff until everything decides to come out 4 days later, all at once, then suddenly you’re in the negatives and getting NSF Charges. Maybe fix yalls app and the delay in charges. Until then, I’ll be switching banks to one that updates the app almost immediately.

I am sick of the upgrades that render my phone useless. I should have the option to keep my version.

I’m not sure why but sending Zelle through this barksdale app is too difficult. It’s the only reason I use the app and it barely ever works.
Need ATM in surrounding communities.
It would be nice to have an ATM in surrounding communities. I really wish that purchases would show up on account quickly. It’s hard sometimes to keep track of what still hasn’t come out of account. Otherwise I love Barksdale, very friendly & helpful employees.
