Barndo Build Concierge

Barndo Build Concierge is the project manager for your barndominium build. Built by Barndo & Co., the worlds leading Barndominium experts, it turns a build most people find overwhelming into a plan you can follow. You do not have to already know how to build a house. Answer a few questions about your building, your land and your region, and the concierge generates your task list — up to 1,005 tasks, ordered across 11 phases from land and permits to final inspection, each with a plain-language note on what it is and why it matters. WHAT IT DOES A task list generated for your build: Tasks tailored to your building type, your region and the answers you gave at onboarding. Residence, equestrian, agricultural, shop or commercial — the list fits the building you are actually putting up. An 11-phase roadmap: See where you are, what comes next and what can wait. No guessing about sequence. A budget that reflects reality: Track every line against your targets. Snap a photo of a receipt or a quote and the concierge reads it and files it. Documents in one place: Permits, drawings, contracts and quotes stored with your build, not scattered across a truck cab. Ask the concierge: An AI concierge that knows your build. Ask what an inspection covers, what a term on a quote means, or what to line up before the crew arrives. Guidance only — always confirm requirements with your local building department and licensed professionals. Find your trades: Search contractors and suppliers for the work you will not self-perform. Selections, milestones and weather: Work through finish selections at the right time, capture milestone photos worth sharing, and check the forecast at your jobsite before pour and roofing days. Bring your people: Invite up to two others — a spouse, a parent, a site foreman — to see tasks, documents and progress. WHO IT IS FOR First-time owner-builders and anyone managing a post-frame build: barndominium homes, shops, shouses, equestrian and agricultural buildings, and commercial post-frame projects. The project management tools require a premium subscription account. The floor plan browser and plan catalogue are open to everyone, and the free planning tools — the cost estimator and the financing, land and owner-builder wizards — are available with a free account. Barndo Build Concierge provides organization and general guidance for your project. It is not engineering, architectural, legal or financial advice.
