Worthless App!!!
This is by far one of the most worthless apps out in the App Store. Try scheduling a service appointment and see numerous open times but once selected get 'time no longer available'. Have to waste my time and call in a service appointment and find out that NO appointments are available for the current week. The app and website are crap and do not align with the information online. Please remove this app from the store because it is utterly USELESS!!! And also remove your webpage for the same reason. Because of experiences like this with 'Baron' I question if I'll ever own another BMW. The shop is poor and out of date, turnover is high, turnaround times for simple tasks take hours over what my local NTB or Firestone shops quote. Owning a BMW is not the only aspect that provides the ultimate experience. If service isn't there, my next 5 years are just teeth pulling. Maybe you should go over to Jaywolf Acura and see how service should be handled.
