👎👎Formerly a good app
So disappointed. I’ve loved this app for years, and suddenly after an update I can’t access any features without enrolling in a plan with no prices listed. Why would I sign up for a free trial when I have no idea what I’m signing up to pay after the trial? Contacted customer service, and it was slow and super frosty. 🥶No friendliness whatsoever, and I was told to email development for pricing. If I’m going to pay for something, at least be upfront with pricing and act like you want my business. Deleting.

Why can’t I find the enrollment link

I am out of the country and wanted to see if I could change my server to US. When I opened the app, it said I have to register with my company. I’ve used it for years on my personal device, which has nothing to do with a company. When I opened the app, I got a search that returned zero topics. If they are that bad with basics, why think they will be secure with your data?

I purchased this then 12 months later they ask me to click a link which was never sent. Now I don’t know if I am even protected or what is going on. I will have to delete and zero customers service

Such a shame.. I’ve used this tool for many years, but due to recent updates, it no longer works unless you are a corporate user.
The ratings index should be reset as it’s no longer indicative of the true ratings review for the application since the merger between Fyde and Barracuda.

I used to use this app, but it stopped working and said it required enrollment. I’m not sure what happened there, but I guess I need a new option

What happened?? It is asking me to enroll to this “business” thing?!?! This app has been outstanding, at times even better than Nord VPN and other top tier protection applications! I opened the app and it’s asking me to enroll and that “enrollment is required”! Did they get purchased by some business company because this is RIDICULOUS!!! I hope they fix this…

This app was great but now requires a mandatory enrolment to open. There is an email link but am not receiving —- however not sure which email address was setup if any.

Consumer app dead in favor of big business

“… Fyde's mission was to improve personal and company security by crowdsourcing malicious threat data… After joining Barracuda, we are taking that mission to the next level and focusing on global businesses leveraging Barracuda's customer and partner ecosystem.”
So (after buying out and killing Barracudas awesome app) they are using (leveraging) data, the customers helped provide, to benefit global businesses. Yet leaving us out now that we’re no longer needed.
The only ethical thing they did here was to be honest & upfront as to why they’re killing the free/consumer version. We’re better off not dealing with this company IMO.
