Subscribed to the magazine and now I cannot log in. There has been no reply from customer service after multiple attempts.

I paid for a digital subscription and have reached a login error every single time I try to log in. Really stinks to buy it and not be able to use it.
Digital subscription
Hi I have a print and digital subscription that is good until 2020. I have not been able to get into the digital part. It keeps saying log in failed.
Barrel Horse Not Updating
I have a current subscription that is good till 2020, but the application won’t update and hasn’t updated until December 2018. Can’t find any support. When I click on App Support it takes me to the Barrel Horse News and it says the page is not available

It is July 5 & I can still only view May's issue of BHN. I subscribed digitally and paid already, really frustrating.
