App refuses to show lane swims in the morning but won’t explain why. So I’m on a train heading there expecting to be turned away
Poor and not user friendly
The app on itself could be great, however even though you are logged in, you still have to fill in all of your details TWICE and put your membership number in just to book a swim. This is not a great use of the app and it frequently hangs or doesn’t book you in which frustrating to say the least when you have tried a few times. Please fix this because I’m sure it can be 100% better than it is.

Lacking basic functionality
The first smart phones came out in 2007 and had the ability to use your logged in accounts to book sessions/items. It’s crazy that in 2024 I need to copy/paste a member number in from somewhere else to book a class in an application that’s already logged in.
