App doesn’t work
I haven’t been able to try the actual product because the app doesn’t work! It just spins and won’t let me login. Such a rip off! I was excited to try this.

Perfect to learn and have at parties
Got one of these last year! Easy way to find a new beverage based on what I have on hand, or discover new cocktails I could make and share with friends. You can take turns making drinks for a party and it’s a blast! Helps keep it consistent for those that don’t really know how much to put in a drink 😂

Barsys has came a long way
I ordered a Barsys system back in 2018 when they first hit the US market (at least to my knowledge) as a gift to my Dad for his birthday. The first system we ordered had some issues (probably because it was new) and customer service wasn’t that great either. Since then we have had minor issues with our newer system and customer service is light years better. Our main issue was the response time to emails detailing our issues but it seems like that has got better as well. Steadily improving business.

Needs to be updated!
Not sure when he last update was done on this app, but it needs to be done. I have tried many times to save my own recipe to the app and it won’t save. Actually force closes on its own. Seems that all work has gone into the coaster, leaving this app behind. Also can’t use my iPad with the app, it won’t even log in, probably because apple has updated a lot but no updates for the new operating system through the app.
