Poor software
App is terrible, the ready to pour feature doesn’t consistently pair with my bar and says it’s empty when it’s not. Feels like it’s on purpose so you buy their bar stock kits. I loved it for a few weeks, now I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. It’s more hassle than it’s worth.
Do Not Buy
The app doesn’t send verification text codes nor password resets emails to access your Barsys Coaster 2.0. I have spent two hours deleting and downloading the app in hope of getting it to operate. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Worst damn purchase ever. App is NOT user friendly. I cant (NO MATTER how I do it or how the videos say to do it) add my ingredients! So not worth it. 2 hours and still no Moscow mule

App stop working
The app did work at one point but recently something changed, everything that was saved is deleted. No access to recipes or anything. Completely useless at this point.

Worked for a month, if that. Since the app doesnt work, the coaster doesnt work. The coaster was a waste of money.
Great product - unusable app
When I can get the app to work it’s a great product. But that’s a long shot. This app is completely unstable and makes the product unusable half the time.
Horrifically Terrible
The app just does not work. It won’t let me add ‘my bar’ and in another section I cannot save. I purchased this to add my ingredients and have the app select a drink based on those. The app looks nice visually, but nothing works.
Buggy app
Often have to log out and back in again to get access to 'explore'. All of my ingredients were wiped somehow and now I can even add any. I'm now only able to add recipes.
Worthless
It doesn’t work, app is terrible and doesn’t function. You add your bar items (mixers, liquor) and it’s supposed to give you recommendations. But it doesn’t work. It keeps asking you to add items. Worthless. Seems col on TikTok but app is worthless. Don’t buy!
Revised Review
The newer version of the app seems to be working much better. The only real problem that I have with it is if I adjust the ratios I don’t want to create ANOTHER drink, I just want to adjust the ratios. Why do I have e to create a new drink, then go and delete the old drink? This is stupid in my opinion.

App no longer works
Sometime in the last month the app broke and now the device doesn’t do anything.
App does not work
Was working great then all of sudden the app deleted all of my spirts and mixers and when you type it in the search bar the drop box stays blank.
Such a disappointment
We were excited to use our new bar coaster, but because the app was inoperable, we boxed it up and are sending it back. Until the app works properly, I would save your money.
Can’t find any preset cocktail recipes in the app
Just purchased this product and downloaded the app for the first time can’t seem to find any cocktail recipes at all no matter what kind of alcohol base I search. The whole purpose for using this is to find cocktail recipes in the app.. seems like a waste of money if it doesn’t provide any

If it was an option I would give it zero stars. A royal pain to set up. If you can’t mix a cocktail without this app, try sticking to canned cocktails. You don’t deserve a crafted drink.

I can’t even search ingredients on the app to start trying to see if this works . 4th of July and I’m a joke because of this big hunk and trash . Reset , re downloaded app , re signed in it won’t even show any ingredients when I search ? What a joke
awful app cool product
very cool product, but the app is so bad. doesnt load anything, I cant tell if its the servers, my phone, or just the app erroring.
Breathalyze the App
I was so excited to use this but can’t figure the app out. The videos make use look so simple, but the app makes it impossible to search/find drinks. I wish there was some app support or even simple videos to help navigate using the complicated app. Unfortunately the coaster is sitting back in its box until the next app update.

All recipes have gone, nothing is searchable this isn’t just about the saved content, literally everything has gone. Useless
