Wonât work
I try to add my ingredients but it wonât let me add anything. The app just shows nothing. Something as simple as tequila.
Search bar
Will not search any drinks when you connect to coaster 2.0 no customer service to get assistance. What a waste of money and time
Sucks !
I tried to connect the app to my machine and that worked but every time I get to the stations section to add ingredients the app doesnât populate anything I type in ! But if I disconnect then boom all the ingredients pop upâŚ. My friend downloaded the app and connected to it and had no issues. I canât even utilize my machine without her here smh

App doesnât work
It wonât load what I have in my liquor cabinet, even with the simple word vodka it is not finding it. What good is the coaster if app wonât work. Waste of money. I am great at setting up apps and gadgets but tried everything
Poor software
App is terrible, the ready to pour feature doesnât consistently pair with my bar and says itâs empty when itâs not. Feels like itâs on purpose so you buy their bar stock kits. I loved it for a few weeks, now I wouldnât recommend to anyone. Itâs more hassle than itâs worth.
Do Not Buy
The app doesnât send verification text codes nor password resets emails to access your Barsys Coaster 2.0. I have spent two hours deleting and downloading the app in hope of getting it to operate. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Worst damn purchase ever. App is NOT user friendly. I cant (NO MATTER how I do it or how the videos say to do it) add my ingredients! So not worth it. 2 hours and still no Moscow mule

App stop working
The app did work at one point but recently something changed, everything that was saved is deleted. No access to recipes or anything. Completely useless at this point.

Worked for a month, if that. Since the app doesnt work, the coaster doesnt work. The coaster was a waste of money.
Great product - unusable app
When I can get the app to work itâs a great product. But thatâs a long shot. This app is completely unstable and makes the product unusable half the time.
Horrifically Terrible
The app just does not work. It wonât let me add âmy barâ and in another section I cannot save. I purchased this to add my ingredients and have the app select a drink based on those. The app looks nice visually, but nothing works.
Buggy app
Often have to log out and back in again to get access to 'explore'. All of my ingredients were wiped somehow and now I can even add any. I'm now only able to add recipes.
Worthless
It doesnât work, app is terrible and doesnât function. You add your bar items (mixers, liquor) and itâs supposed to give you recommendations. But it doesnât work. It keeps asking you to add items. Worthless. Seems col on TikTok but app is worthless. Donât buy!
Revised Review
The newer version of the app seems to be working much better. The only real problem that I have with it is if I adjust the ratios I donât want to create ANOTHER drink, I just want to adjust the ratios. Why do I have e to create a new drink, then go and delete the old drink? This is stupid in my opinion.

App no longer works
Sometime in the last month the app broke and now the device doesnât do anything.
App does not work
Was working great then all of sudden the app deleted all of my spirts and mixers and when you type it in the search bar the drop box stays blank.
Such a disappointment
We were excited to use our new bar coaster, but because the app was inoperable, we boxed it up and are sending it back. Until the app works properly, I would save your money.
Canât find any preset cocktail recipes in the app
Just purchased this product and downloaded the app for the first time canât seem to find any cocktail recipes at all no matter what kind of alcohol base I search. The whole purpose for using this is to find cocktail recipes in the app.. seems like a waste of money if it doesnât provide any
