Expectations Exceeded!!!
As someone who is new and interested in the cocktail scene, I have to say this was a wonderful introduction that made everything seems so possible and easy. Can’t wait to see what amazing concoctions I can create to impress my friends become to host I’ve always wanted to be 😆!

The app says my birthday is invalid. I paid $40 for the 2.0 Coaster and I can’t use it because the app doesn’t allow me to sign up.

360 won’t work with bad app
I purchased this 12/2025 and enjoyed it up until the latest app update. Now, the app won’t recognize that a cup has been placed on the platform in Craft mode. The app has no problem recognizing that a cup has been placed when performing a Station Flush, but when trying to make a drink, the entire point of the equipment, the app sits there with a “Place Glass” message that won’t recognize when the glass is placed on the stand. The fact that it doesn’t have that issue when in Station Flush mode tells me they messed something up with the app. Considering the equipment won’t work without a properly functioning app, my Barsys360 has been bricked until they do their jobs and fix what they broke.

It doesn’t know what an old-fashioned is. It doesn’t save information you entered as a favorite. Great product, garbage app.
Horrible App
Purchased the coaster 2.0 and couldn’t make an account. It couldn’t/wouldn’t send the verification code to my phone. Spent an hour trying to. Restarted my phone, checked settings, deleted and reloaded app , nothing. Too bad, I was looking forward to using it but back it goes.
App Issue
I can’t even use this because when I add my birthday to the sign-up page in the app, it says “invalid” birth month.” It’s a bummer that I can’t sign in to try even one drink recipe. Sending it back.
Terrible App
Missing popular cocktails, won’t allow you to add liquors it doesn’t recognize, no apparent ability to enter your bar and ask it to make cocktails with what you have. ChatGPT is far more useful and easy to use for creating cocktails than this app is.
Doesn’t work
App doesn’t work. I have uninstalled at this point 3 times and hasn’t worked for me. Won’t send the code to my phone and I used my second line as well and still nothing.

Broken, useless
I got this device for Christmas. The premise is already pretty dumb, but I decided to give it a try. Nothing but disconnects and errors trying to make a basic drink. Utterly useless.
Should be in beta
The app is simply terrible to the point it’s almost unusable. It crashes it doesn’t sync with the unit it also doesn’t connect when needed. Shame because the hardware is good, let down by very poor software implementation

I can’t even get it to verify the coaster. Please fix your app.
Horrible product
The first time using the product and I connected it to Bluetooth . The machine doesn’t read the cup that comes with it. It keeps saying place cup! So I was never able to use the machine a disappointment !

Bug or Feature?
Honestly can’t tell if it’s buggy software or poor design. So many things aren’t intuitive and I find I’m constantly having to finagle for so long, I might as well be mixing my own cocktail. It doesn’t seem to sense the glass often, so I’m moving it around to get it to recognize. Same with cleaning. “Insufficient liquor” without telling me which one is an annoyingly insufficient error messsge.. overall a neat party trick when it works, but not worth the money.
