Punto de carga no reconocido

Hasta en dos ocasiones al escanear el QR en el punto de carga, se abre la app pero salta un error diciendo que no se reconoce el identificador del punto de carga. Y dentro de la app, en el mapa tampoco aparece el punto de carga..
