It’s great when it’s not bugging out!
This app and the website glitches so so much. Nevertheless when it’s working good it’s an excellent study tool. Please fix the lagging and image uploading it messes up alot.

it’s a great app don’t get me wrong, but if you found out it was still taking 20 dollars from you after you canceled the subscription and deleted the app because you were still subscribed to the website which i think should be connected for an app like this would piss you off some. the website from safari should be connected to the app. Once i canceled my subscription and deleted the app i had no idea where the money was being taken from except it was coming from this app.

SCAM!!!
Do not download the app for weeks I’ve been having issues with the app telling me to subscribe when I subscribed via App Store. Apple has denied my claims & Bartleby has too their chat support tells me to reach out to Apple. They both keep giving me circular reasoning & no refund. I even provided evidence for this occurrence. I will never use this app again because this is a scam. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP!!!!

This is definitely the WORST app I’ve ever use if you look for a question it’s either a black, screen not there or it will be the incorrect answer answered by the AI what ever you don’t get this app TRUST BRAINLY OR GAUTH MATH DONT GET THIS TERRIBLE APP.
Predatory reliance on cancellation
Even Chegg sends you an email once in awhile reminding you that you actually have a subscription. Not Bartelby. They go into deep silence after one welcome message and charge you every month regardless of use. No reminders, no tips, just credit card charges. Evil.

it wouldn’t let me make an account
I downloaded the app and I tried either signing in with my Google account or make a new account and it just wouldn’t let me pass the screen that was asking me to use my Google or just create an account. It would either load and I will take me back to the same old screen and I even tried like uninstalling it and reinstalling it afterwards and it didn’t do anything but do the same thing over and over again so it made me mad so I just deleted it this app is not worth your time if it’s gonna just do all that.
