From purchasing to installing myself , the kit was easy to install. I did have a small problem with the receiver not recognising one of the cameras, but this was soon resolved with the excellent back up service you get. Well done Bascom . Excellent Service.

Unreliable
Frequently fails to connect with cameras which makes remote viewing unreliable. Not sure where the issue lies my system or Bascom software.
Would be good if it worked all the time!!
Good system but goes off line when I view from outside the system remotely.

When it works it is great
This is a good app when it works but I constantly get my cameras going offline then it takes ages to reconnect. Is it my Internet? All my other apps work fine and have internet so it’s pretty frustrating. Otherwise it’s a great app but unfortunately unreliable so only 3 stars.
Pleased with Bascom set up
I am pleased with my Bascom cctv system. I can view the camera displays remotely using my iPhone; a feature which is important to me. Unfortunately I have not been able to do this with either of our iPads.They run on OS15.1. I have tried again and again, but without success. If this is a problem which you can solve for me I would be grateful if you would contact me by phone or by email. Thank you.

Love it 6 basic wireless Bascom system
Loved it from the start
Good modern system
The app is easy to access live view but the access to the recordings and trying to navigate movements on recordings is very clumsy and jerky and could do with revamping if possible. Apart from that it’s a great system.
High quality visuals
The app is reliable and delivers high quality live visuals without apparent buffering problems. The interface to access recordings is not very user-friendly...it’s difficult to navigate and control and would benefit from a redesign
