About

Base counts your weekly zone 2 minutes from Apple Health — across recorded workouts and qualifying everyday activity — so you can see where your week stands without adding up sessions yourself. YOUR WEEK, ALREADY COUNTED Connect Apple Health to follow your zone 2 minutes against a goal you choose. Outside a recorded workout, activity needs sufficiently frequent heart-rate readings and supporting Apple Exercise Time. Unsupported gaps do not count; Base does not credit every movement. STAY IN YOUR ZONE Start an optional workout in Base on Apple Watch for live guidance in your personalized zone. Follow your session on your wrist or its mirrored iPhone display. SEE WHAT COUNTED Explore the walks, runs, rides and qualifying everyday activity that contributed. Look back through your history and follow your consistency over time. ONE GLANCE AWAY Keep your weekly progress visible with iPhone widgets and Apple Watch complications. YOUR HEART, OVER TIME See resting heart rate and HRV trends alongside your zone 2 activity. Personal trends, not a diagnosis or a promised health outcome. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your heart-rate readings, workout records and measured zone 2 totals are processed on your devices, not sent to our analytics services. Usage analytics and crash reporting are optional and off until you agree. No Base account required. Base needs compatible heart-rate data in Apple Health, with workout records or supporting Apple Exercise Time for qualifying activity. Live workouts require a compatible Apple Watch. Requires iOS 26 or later; the Watch app requires watchOS 26 or later. A subscription is required. Eligible subscribers can start a 14-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you subscribe. What's New in Base

1.0.2

October 30, 2026

Base now fits both screens on iPhone Duo, folded or open. On iPhone Duo: • Folded, the tabs sit in a pill under the clock and step aside on pages you open, so Back always shows. • Open, the tabs sit in a small block under the clock, Week's chart fills the room, Heart and You start below the tabs, and Earned shows badges still to win. • Week's header and goal tag hold still in a Live Activity. Sheets, the paywall and the finish screen stay clear of the clock, and Heart and History run under it. • Ember stays clear of Share, and "Keep going" is easier to read. • Setup and weekly minutes no longer overlap text. Also: • Bigger text and VoiceOver work better across Week, History, the workout screen and setup, and VoiceOver reads each tab as one item. • Smoother scrolling, and switching tabs on the iPhone Duo's outer screen is quicker. • Fixed crashes from Heart to History to Week and at the end of a walk on Apple Watch; Watch no longer shows your week empty. • Week's wave now shows each day's minutes exactly as the list does. • At the largest text size, the goal sheet opens at its heading. • Setup asks your age in one row when Apple Health has none. • Subscription prices stay in view at larger text. • Heart's days-added estimate no longer shifts with today's heart rate. • Two-line badge names line up on Earned.
