BA is a phenomenal info source, and the reengineered app makes it easy to access.
I love baseball america, but the APP lacks a lot of features, It’s outdated and the search bar only shows older random years when searching for top 100 prospects. If they do not update this app i will soon stop paying the $100 yearly subscription.
The rankings are just a huge pdf. Where are the tools? I want to get custom lists using my fantrax id.
If you cancel a membership after paying, they immediately stop your subscription even if you have 11 months left. Huge scam, don’t give them your money.
The website hides content very well. I should be able to see stories dating back in time. I can’t even see stories from a few weeks ago. Why hide such good content from your subscribers?
Love the app and the publication. Would appreciate it if the 2024 prospect rankings would be added to the app under the Rankings tab like previous years. Otherwise, no complaints.
Your app is really bad. It barely had any sections. It doesn't show what your site is showing. It's more of a burden than anything. I'd rather use the website. Although your draft coverage is honestly bad on your website too. I'm not happy with what I'm paying for here. Your draft tracker stopped at the third round and isn't loading. I can't even navigate to draft coverage on the app. Really let me down guys.

Great site info you can’t get anywhere else
This app is garbage. The company is clearly making no effort to improve it. You can only read 10 articles (which is all that is included). You can’t share any specific articles from the magazine directly when reading due to the poor reader being used. One tab is completely devoted to podcasts which are primarily accessed by listeners in Apple Music or Spotify app. You literally couldn’t TRY to make a crappier design for an app. GARBAGE!!

The application has glitches in it, and lacks the same content that you can get on the website. Even though I am subscriber, it keeps wanting me to subscribe in order to see the articles. Get this fixed.
The data from BA is top notch, however this app is a complete nightmare. Much better off using the desktop version online.
$20 a month, to get adds in the app, terrible search function and can't read content on web because I was told purchasing through the apple app store doesn't sync with their systems. Purchased 2/3, today is 2/18, still working to be provided access. Had to email a copy of the app store purchase? Two weeks of my subscription passed, asking for a refund. Save your money, complete rip off.

Want a decent Baseball magazine, but this one is by far the most expensive. 20 bucks a month or 100 dollars a year??? Is this company owned by Apple or something? Is the digital content read to you by Derek Jeter or Barry Bonds? What is the justification for this crazy price tag… for a DIGITAL magazine? Yeah, no. This is highway robbery.

This publication has it all for the most part. My only complaint is they don’t dig into the off-season deep enough. On the other hand, without question just superior articles. Always accurate information. At times their behind what’s going on. Just the same, if you don’t subscribe you should!!!! So very good and all the baseball info required.

This started 3 months ago and I’ve had an account for years. I’ve deleted and downloaded a lot but to no avail. Please fix this problem as the cost of the subscription is not worth the hassle.
App won’t recognize my log in/password. Quite frustrating.
App doesn’t recognize my username and password
We will get back in
The app will not recognize my username and password. I can only use Baseball America on the web. Oh well.
Content is great as always, but the app is not user friendly and needs a desperate facelift. Only the last 10 or so articles are readily available to read, which is very annoying this time of year when they suddenly drop articles reviewing every draft class and farm system updates. That and the search feature is broken and will only link to articles with exact phrases in the name. Adding a catalogue and allowing your subscribers to easily access old articles might be a benefit to everyone.
