About
Four trackers. One quiet app.
Baseline keeps food, training, sleep and habits in a single place — without the noise. No streak-shaming, no social feed, no ads. Just your logs, and what they add up to.
WHAT YOU CAN TRACK
• Calories and meals — search a built-in food database, or add your own foods once and reuse them.
• Exercise — sets, reps, weight, duration, distance and steps, with notes.
• Sleep — bedtime, wake time and notes.
• Habits — daily check-offs with optional reminders and running streaks.
SEE THE PATTERN, NOT JUST TODAY
Every tracker has its own analytics. Watch a lift climb over months, see a whole year of calories at a glance, and spot the weeks that went sideways — all rendered from your own data, on your own device.
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
There is no account to create and no server to sign in to. Your logs are stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to us, and there are no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
ADVICE THAT NEVER LEAVES THE PHONE
On supported iPhones, tap once and the app reads your own logs and writes back what it found — the lift that has stalled, the meals behind a heavy week, the next session to run. It works on the device itself, using Apple's built-in model. No account, no network call, no server. The advice is not saved anywhere.
On any other iPhone, the same tap prepares a summary of your data on the clipboard, ready to paste into the AI chatbot of your choice. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you choose to paste it.
Advice is general guidance drawn from what you logged — not medical advice.
MADE TO STAY OUT OF THE WAY
Light and dark themes, metric or imperial units, and per-tracker settings so the app shows only what you actually use.

What's New in Baseline
1.1
August 20, 2026
• New: habit tracking. Daily check-offs, running streaks, and optional reminders that stay on your device. • New: advice written on your iPhone. On supported devices the app reads your own logs and tells you what it sees — which lift has stalled, which week went sideways, what to try next. It runs on the device itself. Nothing is uploaded, and the advice is never saved. • New: copy your log as a ready-made prompt for the AI chatbot of your choice — useful on any iPhone, in any language. • Exercise analytics now plot your progression as a continuous line, so personal bests read at a glance. • Refreshed visual design throughout — quieter colour, calmer contrast.
