BaseQuad brings your service team's conversations, updates and important dates into one shared app, with your company name and logo alongside BaseQuad branding. FOR INVITED TEAM MEMBERS Join using the personal access code provided by your company administrator. No technician email address or password is required. BaseQuad is available to invited company teams; public self-service team signup is currently closed. KEEP THE TEAM CONNECTED • Company-wide Team chat and selected-member group conversations. • Clearly marked direct messages with administrator-approved contacts. • Optional team profile photos, message photo previews, attachments and voice notes. • A dedicated noticeboard with announcement acknowledgements. • Meeting and event dates, recurring events, RSVPs and clear event status. • Meeting documents, follow-up actions and shared files organized in folders. • In-app PDF reading and optional saved files for offline use. • Company-named notifications and unread indicators. • An optional compact forecast for today and the next six hours in supported US locations, with forecast precipitation amounts and timestamped radar estimates of rainfall over the past 24 hours when available. • A Recognition space to thank colleagues, add comments and reactions, and celebrate administrator-awarded badges. REMINDERS AT THE RIGHT PLACE Administrators can assign a one-off reminder to a team member, site and time window. Team members can view their assigned reminders and optionally enable nearby notifications. Site-entry checks happen on the phone; BaseQuad does not share a live technician map or route history with the team. Nearby notifications require permission and may be delayed or missed because of device settings, location accuracy or connectivity. They are not proof that a site was visited or a message was read. BUILT FOR THE FIELD Read previously saved content and queue supported updates when signal drops. Initial setup and downloading content require an internet connection. Offline access lasts up to 24 hours after membership verification. Pending work syncs with a connection while the app is open or reopened. Notifications depend on your phone's permissions and settings; delivery is not guaranteed. FOR THE OFFICE Administrators use the companion website to manage membership, company branding, announcements, scheduled text messages, calendar dates, location reminders and shared documents. Administrators can review message read status for conversations they belong to. BaseQuad is one shared app, not a separate App Store app or home-screen icon for each company. Your company administrator controls access to your workspace.
