Review is of the app, not Basil. The app doesn't show if the order was placed
Had to call to confirm the order was received. The app looks nice and the order was easily placed but after entering my phone and name .. it would be much nicer to receive notification either within the app or via text/email Basil actually received the order. Just strange. I will order from my computer next time. Always get order confirmation from an apple computer so unsure if the order was placed.
