Wont let me sign in

The app wont let me sign into it, i get a “you are not authorized to sign into the app” message whenever i want to sign in. I have made purchases on it and have in store credit. I have contacted the app’s support several times with no answer! Has anyone faced the same issue? What can i do?

Seemed good but expensive

I liked that I can upload my own coffee cup pics, but $15 or $45 to get it read???? That’s absurd… I will just keep doing it on my own without comparison to someone more experienced…
