What's the point of paying $8 a week or $20 a month if we still have to watch ads for EVERYTHING? Full blown PC games don't cost that much and offer an actual GAME

I don’t know if it needs an update or something. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and resetting my iPhone and the app would not load for me. It goes to a black screen. Can you fix this please. This game seems fun and I wanna try it out.
