An inch away from perfect

Great app! This app keeps track of your shots, how many you made, and how many you missed. Tells you how high you shoot it and how far. The one thing I wish it did was give me recommendations on my shots, and actually how to get better. Other than that it’s great.

Good app

This is a very good app, but I made six shots in a row and the app counted it as all misses. My device was in a position where you can tell if the ball went in or not.

Hi there. Thanks for using ShotBot. We are sorry to hear that the make/miss detection isn't working for your session. Here are some suggestions that may help. Make sure you have a net in decent condition attached to your rim. Without a net, make/miss detection will not work well. Make sure the rim and net are in the little white rectangle on the screen. If not, move the camera a slight amount, and the AI should adjust the rectangle to fit properly. Make sure you have proper lighting for your session. If it is too dark, it is harder for ShotBot to find the rim and net. The latest version of ShotBot has a button on the bottom that allows you to change any miss to a make and vice versa. This will help train our AI and improve it for later releases. Please feel free to email us at support@shotbot.ai if you are still having trouble. We are happy to help!
