This app refuses to open and I’ve had it for almost a year. It is asking if I want to get subscription when I purchase the annual membership subscription. Of course I’m trying my best to remain calm in my complaint. Thank you,

15 screens of “look how great we are!” followed by a steep price of $30/mo after 3 months without even a free version. You get a 3 day trial if you sign up for the annual subscription. You know, hoping the person will forget to cancel.
