Really useful
Only one very minor criticism, make the neck a bid wider, hard to touch the notes on small screen devices.

Pretty good to learn bass chords. Lots of additional content to purchase as needed.
One pretty bit GLARING flaw for me. No southpaw mode. I'm seeing everything in reverse. Since it's a dynamic visual it's not too bad, but lefty bass players deserve equal representation. I'm sure the other 7 of us are also disappointed.

Misleading
When the "big X" to close the ad tries to open iTunes, then I know someone is trying to trick me. I don't mind in-app purchases to help fund a free app, but this seems dishonest.

Close to perfection!
This really is a great app, I've used it as a teaching tool and reference more time than I can count. The only thing it needs is an option for 5 and 6 string and it'd be perfect.

I like it. It's a great beginner app for the bass maybe put an auto strum feature on the scale side as well

Great for scales
Great for scales, chords? Would be great if it had arpeggios which are much more useful.
No 5-string tunings
The app is pretty good but everything beyond a 4-string EADG tuning is an in-app purchase. Also, in all the other tunings you can buy, NONE of them is for a 5-string. I'd even be happy if one basic BEADG 5-string tuning was available.
Bass companion
The free version breaks down quite often, though the idea of the app. Is a very good one, in helping old bass players get back some knowledge. Still needs to have more bugs removed.

Free for a reason
Once you get to the app it seems if you want to change anything you have to buy an add on. Might be okay but not for me.
Crap
Like the other apps I either payed good money for or tried for free they worked for a day and now refuse to open, nice gag, I'm going back to good ole paper as I do not have hours on end to waste trying to get it to work.

I do like your app. It is great for visually getting to know scales. I just wish you had a 5string bass option.
