Can’t redeem credit on account
This company has the worst customer service. I’ve had a credit for over 6 months
and can not redeem it . I will be reporting this company for fraud .

I ordered some shoes from here and it was a nightmare. They spend so much time hyping up the shoes and service... and 0 time actually working on the shoes and service.
The shoe chart is confusing and inaccurate. It told me I was a 6, I’m normally a 8. I ordered the 7 to be safe and it was way to small.
The packaging was terrible as well. It was shoes with some extras (a mask and basso bag) wrapped in bubble wrap. On top of that was a tissue paper like material held together with packing tape. The emails are hilarious, talking about how the shoes were “placed on a satin pillow” and how they used “the finest box money can buy.” It wasn’t even in a box.
The shoes themselves are pretty cute. Low quality up close but at least they’re on your feet.
Also there are no free returns. I spent $25 returning them because the sizing chart was incorrect. The customer service is alright, but beware of the return rules. Read them carefully, there’s a few things hidden in there that they don’t mention when you ask to return them.
They also take a long time to just ship out your order and even longer to get it to you. It’s similar to ordering on wish or Ali express. If you like the shoes order them, but beware of their policies.
If you order a sale item you can’t get a refund back to your card and either get store credit or return it for another size, after paying a ton for shipping.

I order February 22nd 2021 my tracking number is fake I’ve researched about this company, and there known for doing bad customer service and giving out false information about packaging. It’s a scam !! They don’t have a contact number or anything . I want my money back b

There shoes look amazing I would love to buy them for me and my peoples but they don’t even have a 10.5 or 11 for men and there is even people saying they need bigger sizes but I don’t think they care.
