Very useful

You’ll have to watch the YouTube tutorial to understand it but once you do, it’s a very useful tool to crop large amounts of photos

Thanks, I’ve tried to make it as intuitive to use as I could, and I wanted to make it all basically one screen with all the different functions, but I know it can be daunting with all the buttons! Please note that anyone can email me directly from within the App, and I will be happy to help with any issues.

Crashes

Feels like I just flushed $2 down the toilet. It’s crashed about 10 times in the first few minutes of trying to use it. When I finally got into it and was able to figure it out, there’s no rotate image in the crop, which is what I needed. Not worth the money.

Hi I’m sorry you’ve had issues with it crashing. I only have myself for testing and it would be helpful if you could let me know exactly what is happening at the time of the crashing, together with which OS version, and whether it’s iPad or iPhone. I can also consider adding a rotation function in a future update… so you want to be able to rotate and crop multiple images? Please consider emailing me directly from the App, and I will do my best to help. You can also easily get a refund on your $2 if you really feel it was wasted. Thank you.

I couldn’t figure it out

My first review of this app was dismal, but the developer responded promptly to fix the bug that caused my initial problems. Thanks, Jason, for your diligence. I now really enjoy the app and look forward to seeing any tutorial videos or further enhancements you might develop. I plan to use Batch Image Processor whenever I’m working on my iPad.

Newest Update has Broken the App

This app was great before the latest update, but now I can’t see names or thumbnails of my created files. Also, the export feature isn’t working. Nothing happens when the button is pressed. Please fix so i can change this back to 5 stars.

Hi, I’m sorry you have these issues, I can’t replicate them... Very rarely thumbnails may fail to appear, pinching the screen in/out makes them reappear. Hopefully this will solve the problem, otherwise I’ll need more information to help me fix it, can you send me some screen shots, and tell me what version of iOS you currently have and is it iPhone or iPad please? Also, the files that are not appearing, what sort of files are they? You can either message me on Facebook - tap the @ button in App on top left side, or email me directly - misterjas@hotmail.com. Thank you, I will do my best to track these issues down and fix them.

Awful user experience broken app, avoid

The design of this app is absolutely dreadful, very buggy, craps out on landscape mode, cropping doesn’t work, confusing buttons, I would totally redesign the user flow. How apple allowed it to go through review is beyond my reckoning.

Hi, I’m sorry you’ve had a bad experience, I know about the issues, the App is primarily designed for iPads, however, I will be concentrating on the iPhone interface as my next project.
