Downloaded the App to my iPad. Does not recognise account. Waste of time. Needs more development nd testing before being put live to the public.

Suggest they take info from their website to download until bugs and issues have been resolved.

Sadly, it won’t accept my email or password and will only allow me to put in the first letter of my email.
Fortunately I do have an account, but was hoping to put it on my phone.
On my other device, the website is fab.
Been a customer for many, many years…super company and great service.
