Purchased multi pack but insists I need to purchase episodes again

I cannot even play the full game even though I purchased the multipack because it insists I only bought two episodes, I know I purchased the multipack because all the episodes were available at some point. Cannot even enjoy the game, fix this bug because I am not purchasing it again

look the game is five stars and i know yall tryng to get money out of it but at least make it free until ep2 donโ€™t make it like so i can just play till the end of ep1 you know?
its not great some people are just gonna give up on playing it when they see the only free ep is ep1
