Does not connect
The car does not connect at all this needs an update ASAP I tried everything and nothing works this app needs an update cause this doesn’t work at all
This app is TRASH!
Just got this thing and I can’t even use it because this app isn’t updated. I can’t connect to use it, It’s basically a giant paper weight now. What idiot makes this thing only able to be controlled by a app and don’t update the app?? That was pointless.
Disappointed
Just got this Rc car. I was unable to connect using my iPhone 11 Pro max and my iPad.
After the app generates the 2nd password, the prompt to enter the new password on the Batmobile wifi never comes up and all I get is an “unable to connect” message.
I tried turning off cellular data and the WiFi “private address” tab… and nothing.
I guess it’s going to be a display piece. If anyone figures it’s out, I’m all ears.

Works on Samsung device
It’s really disappointing...it worked when I had my note 8...now I have the iPhone 10...tried to work the Batmobile today for the first time in a while. Does Not Work On Apple Devices.
I did not play it yet.
I did not now it was a toy that you need to buy for this app
PLEASE UPDATE THE APP OR STOP SELLING THE TOY!
If you’re going to sell a toy with RC functionality for $200+, please update the app and make sure it can be used, or release a remote for the Batmobile. This is the ULTIMATE SCAM if you don’t have the functionality you paid for!!

I am saying that the iOS is having issues with connectivity. I have done everything over and over that the instructions told me to do to gain connectivity through Wi-Fi. It just keeps telling me “unable to join network”. I’m hoping that the developer sees this and tries to do something because we are paid a lot of money for this and we want it to work properly. Please help us figure something out

Camera problem
I got this monster and everything is fine except the camera is always gray
Did test it on iOS 10.3 and it’s working fantastic
But with iOS 14.3 it’s always shows gray

No longer connects after IOS update
Please update the app! The camera issue was corrected and then suddenly the batmobile stopped connecting to wifi. Please update so it can work again. (Please note: turning off cellular does not correct the issue.)

I had requested that the software for these now legacy collectible be kept up with iOS software releases. Very happy to say to that their latest update fixed all glitches! Camera transmission now works! Once again, thank you for listening and supporting your customers. Keep it up so generations to come and kids of all ages can enjoy it!

App doesn’t work at all
If you just want this so can be a collectors piece good for you won’t be disappointed. But for the people who want rc car save your money does not work at all nothing worked for me.
iPhone X problem
I’ve managed to download and connect to the car itself but the app will not load unless I unconnect from the car. So once that’s done I reconnect to the car and I cannot get the car to move I tried again with my father Inlaws phone (not an iPhone) it worked perfectly I would love to see this fix

iOS update please
Should be supporting your customers who have spent a lot of money for a collectible to fix the video bug. Mattel is a large enough company not to be providing better support for these types of high end products.
Camera no longer works
The camera no longer works and it looks to be an app issue with the new iOS updates on phones and iPads. Can the app be updated to be compatible with the newest iOS?
Dosent connects because I have an iPhone
It is completely and utterly disappointing, useless, rude, and just down right disrespectful to your customers that you haven’t provided a software update for iOS devices to use the batmobile, bought it once off of mercari ( a second hand app) and sent it back thinking it was just a broken product, then purchased another one from Walmart and actually trusted brand to see if it would work and it turns out the vehicle dosent work bc Mattel dosent support iOS devices with this app, completely wasted my time and money and completely frustrated because this batmobile is really cool when it works, but if you have an iOS device it won’t.

App needs customer support
We open the box a few days ago and it turns on but is useless due to the fact that software is incompatible with the phone software of today. My dads iPhone XR will link but has no camera view and will not move at all. My iPhone X will link, no camera view and is able to move the car. It makes no sense. Don’t waste your money if you can help it.

Batmobile RC app review
This is unacceptable. The software has not been updated with the car and people have spent money on this to just now realize that there is no way for us to drive the batmobile. You should warn people that since updates have occurred you have not many updates and allowed for this to happen. Completely unacceptable and a complete scam to me.

Cell issue resolved- camera still broken

Cellular on and still connected.
But the camera on my iPhone and IPad doesn’t work. Gray screen. Please resolve.
The machine is fun. Not super fast. Not super great in grass or climbing.
Figure eights / 8s and regular play is fun.
If we had the camera while driving, the experience would gain at least 1 star, maybe more.
Camera issue has been know for a while, per previous reviews, and it sounds like the support desk didn’t help and didn’t get answers from the tech behind the machine.
If I don’t see resolve, I’ll demote from 3 stars to 2 or even 1.

Need update for iOS 13, video is broken
Video no longer works with the latest iOS version, the camera is blank. Please fix & add some new options. Disable sound (running motor) to save battery life.
