Could be better

I have this installed on 3 devices. It is always running in the background. It reports the battery level of all the devices but will only give a report on 1 device. The other 2 devices say ‘No Sessions’. The app could be useful, but so far, it’s just a battery drain.

Still has issues

In my last review I said that app did not sync between devices and MBA. It has finally synced but Mac is completely off. On my devices MBA showes as charging when it’s not and percentage completely inaccurate.

Apple Watch shows -100%

Would be 5 stars if Apple Watch (I have a series 5) shower battery level. As it is it only shows -100%. I have the latest app version.

App Won’t Load on MacBook

I cannot get the app to open on my MacBook. It downloaded fine, but will not open. I downloaded it on my I phone and it started right up…. But not the case with MacOS. So can’t attempt to use “multi devices.” Both iPhone and MacBook have the most up to date OS updates (as of 5/25).

Two days later….I’m updating my review. Everything is working as expected. The problem seemed to be that after I loaded on my MacBook it needed to be restarted. Prior to restarting and loading on your Mac be sure the blue tooth is also functioning between your iPhone and MacBook! The app is functioning perfectly and so I’m rerating my review to give the app a five star that it deserves.

Doesn’t recognize my Apple Watch

Then it’s useless.

Dev advised it’s fixed however my watch is still not seen. Wasted more time.

Thanks for getting in touch. We've fixed this issue in a later update.

Watch SE always shows “-100%”…

Please fix!

Absolute Garbage!

Can’t add a device and the help screens amount to little more than “who knows why it’s not working?”
Don’t waste your time or money!

Almost great…

It works, but not with all Bluetooth devices. I tried 3 devices that do report the battery life to iOS, and only one of them showed up in this app. I noticed that the 2 that didn’t show up were Bluetooth headphones/speakers, while the one that did show up was a Bluetooth smartwatch (not Apple Watch). And the device that did show up didn’t update automatically, even when reloading the app. You have to remove and re-add it to show updated battery life.

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback.  Regarding Bluetooth devices, as mentioned in the articles within the app, this is unfortunately a limitation imposed by Apple's Bluetooth stack and sometimes not all manufacturers report battery-related properties of their devices.  As for background usage, the app isn't always performing background operations (which would be counterproductive to its purpose). The way we update properties in the background is independent of the background fetch capability.

谢谢开发了这么好的应用!

非常感谢开发者,但使用中碰到了问题,我有多台相同设备,不知道怎么修改设备名称才能区分?另外好像不支持 airpods ?

Very useful

The app isn’t universal though. macOS app is a separate bundle.

Apple Watch Ultra issue

The app works so far. Shows my battery levels of my iPhone and iPad with no issues. It shows my Apple Watch Ultra at -100% battery. Yes, that’s minus 100. I have no idea why. I’ve rebooted the watch, removed and reinstalled the app, and nothing makes it read the watch correctly. It would be nice if it also recognized the AirPods as well. This app could be great in the future, it needs work though.

-100%?

Reports Apple Watch as charged to -100% when is actually 49%

Cannot find any way to reach the developer.

Issues

Mac does not “see” devices and devices do not “see” Mac.
OTOH having two iPads it would be nice to rename them on the app to be able to know which is which …

This is a joke

The Bluetooth function is nonexistent along with this worthless app.

Can’t add any device even when Bluetooth paired

Can’t add any device even when Bluetooth paired

Response from developer

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, not all manufacturers report the characteristics of their peripherals, and this ends up preventing them from synchronizing with the app. If you have further questions, please contact at me@jsp.im.
