Exactly as advertised
This does exactly what it says it'll do. If you are looking for a battery status or a flashlight, then you have found it.
I didn't really want a cheesy flashlight, but I did want a battery notification. Now, I have both. It makes perfect sense, though. If you are going to be flashing the battery status, why not do something with the background.
