Seems to be reading correctly, allowing me a better means of watching my “battery” level. Never thought it was that big of a deal, battery level, until I didn’t have it any more. Good app! But there is one thing that bothers me
This app is awesome and great for iPods 6 gen and below! But since it only supports iOS 13 or later, I have to use a trick. The trick is to use another device with the same email and download it from that, then go to the apps section and click on my profile and all my app purchases, then download an older version. Other than that, this app is great!

Unfortunately it gets harder every year to support older iOS versions although I’ve so far been able to make sure the 7th gen iPod Touch is supported. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and I’m really pleased you’ve found a way to use it on your 6th gen and are enjoying the App.

It shows your battery percentage on the battery icon. This is how Apple should have designed the icon to work in the first place! Don’t forget to tip the app developer, this is an awesome app!!
Battery Percent app is great!
I really missed the percent battery charge when Apple changed it so now it’s back with this simple solution and it’s not expensive either!
