Does the job
It works will, as advertised. My only complaint is that the app doesn’t show my route sometimes. I have to remove the tracker from the app and reconnect it so the tracking can show.
Easy to use.
I find it easy to use and I like all the battery info it provides. Great app and great device.
Issues since IOS 26.
Had no issues before moving to IOS 26 and now 26.1. I have been losing connections to my two trackers and now I’ve completely lost the connectivity to one of them. Hoping this can / will be resolved soon either with an App update or IOS update.
App has worked great for over a year
I disagree with most other reviews here. The app and the device are rock solid. The app opens up and waits to get Bluetooth, it’s about 20 seconds big deal. During that time it says enable Bluetooth, ignore the message if you have it enabled. So there’s no confusion. The app always connects and always provided useful information. I’ve used it for over a year on my Kawasaki mule and I could not be happier. I’m also an electrical engineer, the numbers the app provides are very useful.

Not good
“State of charge” is an absolute malfunctioning joke. The app is constantly telling me my Bluetooth is off despite it being on. The range to download is ridiculously low. I would have thought this company could do better.

Not clear how it calculates state of charge. Not set up to work with PHEVs.
Terrible
Worst app ever. Does not work, and there is no support. Do not buy the associated hardware from this vendor.
Ok, but not great
Overall an ok app, but will not let me change units of measurement.
