Should allow settings to be changed

The BatteryEvo systems are great plug and play options (the best I’ve encountered for ease of use) and I commend them for that. The app does an ok job showing basic data. However it would be nice to be able to toggle certain settings like Priority between solar and grid etc without having to be physically present at your inverter

Worked for the first inverter not the second

The app worked for my first inverter but that one malfunctioned and I received a new one. The new one will not link to this app. I tried working with support. They acknowledged it was connected and could not explain why I was not getting info from the inverter. They suggested it was my router but the first one did work. I tried starting over several times deleting and downloading the app but nothing fixed it.

FIX THIS APP

Come on.
FIX THE APP

It Works

I have used this app for a few months now I have to say it does allow me to see basic information quickly PV in battery voltage and SOC inverter load all work nicely and I have figured out how to navigate the app. It is not intuitive and the graphs are difficult to easily see.
In the end I’m glad to have the app but it could be so much better with a little attention.

Terrible app

Can’t even sign up gives an error message Failed#16 worthless

Basically useless

I have had this app online one day. Almost nothing g works on the app. As stated by previous users the time is off by one hr. It is correct on the Walrus G3 but the app is not correct.
2. The app does not display any of the parameters I select I. The settings. It indicates that the change was successful however it reloads with the same settings as it originally had. So far the only changes hung that seems to be working is the power flow diagram and the battery SOC. I will update when I have more time.

Need upgrade with more user friendly setup.

No second first impression! FAILED!

Could not even set up while being asked all the time about a verification code email/phone but on the screen was no field to require such! I’m a three click user! Done! Sorry!

Godawful

Half the functions don’t work.

Very flawed app

This app needs a lot of work I am using it with a Walrus G2 and have been using it for 10 days - app does not recognize DST - the time is correct on the unit but all the stats are out by one hour. - you cannot control or change the settings of the walrus on the app. - The app is very slow to refresh, and contains a lot of bugs for example, it completely wiped out the data calculations for my current month as far as solar energy generated-On the yearly and total tabs. - I have the AC connected to a 60 amp breaker, even though the input is a 50 amp input the breaker traps the alarm on the walrus goes off, but the alarms do not transfer to the app so if anything goes wrong on the walrus, the app does not get the notification that there is a problem. This is a huge bug. - on the energy flow page it does not display the parameters that are checked off. It’s supposed to display three different parameters that you set. But this does not work at all another major bug. - Grid powers statistics do not record either. - Analysis tab chart does not retain it settings so every time you go back into that tab, you need to reset it to the stats you want to look at the analysis on. This is only using it for short time. I’m sure that there are other bugs in it that I haven’t found yet.
