Why does it take 2 weeks plus to delete the game and it still tells me to contact support but support can’t be bothered to reply when you try to contact them even deleting game from iPad and trying to get back in doesn’t work I would give this a minus 10 stars for the total lack of respect to players

Das Bild ist an sich sehr gut ich hab das jetzt auch schon seit drei Jahren nur manchmal wird es langweilig und Werbung gefällt mir auch nicht so gut, aber sonst an sich perfekt die Spiel

I love this game as much as I love it is not the same as it used to be , f2p players nonexistent and with a good reason since they can’t never compete in any aspect with someone that spends 10 dollars also once they removed the global chat the game lost the biggest thing that kept him alive. Everything now has a battle pass even to participate in certain events you have to pay an insane amount of money. Also all the communities left there’s no English speaking players no Hispanics Italians dominated the alliances in the early years now they’re non existent the top 200 alliances is all Russians so are the top players you can’t talk to anybody without using a translator they focus on making money without fixing issues like a translator for the alliance chat bringing back the global chat they don’t even post the weekly heroes since 2 years ago they don’t congratulate players for being the highest level achievers they don’t do any more giveaways. this is just a game made to take all your money with that being said I still enjoy it and I will continue to play as a f2p because even with all the bad things is still the game I love I’m just frustrated how the company has managed the game and ruin it .

Can't get in
I requested my game to be deleted so I can start all over again. Weeks later it keeps telling me that I have to wait for them to finish deleting it! How long do I need to wait?
