Game broke?

So up until today the game worked fine im lvl 52 on server 10 i believe now the game wont even go past the charizard screen when you first load up I’ve reinstalled and everything i have topped up in game and everything gonna have an issue if this isnt fixed

Awesome game

Really enjoying this I am now in the mid 40s and the game is going great. I’ve had a little to no issues. If I did all I did was press the fix problem button and everything was good to go. I did get screwed out of 30 archaeus shards because it says I didn’t login one day but it happens. This is definitely something y’all need to try.
