Devs only help when you buy.
I had an issue and brought it up to the developers. They said because I didn’t have enough activity in the game, they couldn’t help. I paid for the battle pass every month except this past one as I was gifted one. I maxed out everything daily and weekly. So, no help because my activity didn’t include purchases. I canceled the account and won’t play again.

After many years of playing this game my account got banned and all I did was change in-game servers. Everyone please do not play this game. If you do play please leave the game as the game. The games system does not recognize what is legal and what is illegal and will ban accounts for the dumbest reasons. I had fun playing while I had my account.
Avoid this game at all costs. My account got erased and in-game support isn’t helping.

It’s very addictive but I love it 100% but it’s hard to keep up with other commanders without lots of $$$

Developers have gotten worse going into 9th year. This game should be removed from all platforms
This game continues to find ways to give back as little as possible to the long term players that have invested here. This is bar far the worst developed and managed game and platform I have ever experienced. The customer service reps are completely out of touch with the players and the game pricing is so insane combined with intentionally rigged drop rates causing every component of the game to cost hundreds of dollars while there are approximately 65 components to build a single carrier. The cost is that of an extremely generous and well functioning game, while the product is nothing better than what a teenager could put together in his mom’s garage.
