Does Not Work
I would love to have this App, but after I download it and try to open it will immediately close. I have tried several times over the past few months, but the same problem occurs — it will not stay open. If this can be fixed that would be wonderful.
Can I give it zero stars?
App doesn’t launch. Immediately crashes. Do better or just remove it from the store. It’s completely unusable.
Won’t even open
App won’t even open on an iPhone SE. Rather, it opens for a quarter second. I’ve had this app before on an iPhone with no issues. Now? Just taking up space on my phone.
Money Grab
You have to pay to get the full use of the app. That’s after you already paid a good amount for your family to get on the ship. Rubbed me the wrong way.
Great Content, Hard to Navigate
Free WiFi is available on the ship, and I found it a must in order to use the app (particularly on lower levels). If the content won’t load for you, check your service/WiFi connection!
The content is great! Loved the added information and photos.
My only complaint is that the app is really hard to navigate! It was a guessing game to figure out which item on the app corresponded to which stopping point I was in front of on the ship. I didn’t know exactly where I was on the ship after following and taking various stairs and hallways, so the map view was useless. I found myself trying to match up pictures on the app with what I was seeing on the ship, which I couldn’t always find a match to and was time consuming. Please number each stopping point so you can easily match them with the corresponding item number on the app.

Waste of time!!!!!! Bad App
Unusable. Promote using it with posters after you leave visitor center and then app asks for code you get from visitor center. Shouldn’t be this hard. Don’t waste your time with this app.Don’t use!!!!!!!!!
Doesn’t seem to work
None of this seemed to work. I gave it access to everything, and walked around the shop and all through the ship. Nothing ever came up. The list of tours was empty. The augmented reality had nothing in it. The maps never showed up. Really cool idea and hope they get it working.
Unusable
Love the ship and have been visiting annually for several years. Downloaded the app and paid for the features this year, but it was essentially useless for me. Constantly giving waiting screens, trying to load features, not locating itself accurately on the ship despite enabling both the WiFi and Bluetooth connections. I don’t mind the fee if it benefits the ship’s restoration, but as far as being useful for the tour, it was a waste.

Great way to experience the ship
The ship is awesome! But since it is self guided you don't get to hear all the interesting stories. But this app had a ton to listen to. They even had videos featuring past crew members. Really brought the ship back to life.
