I paid for no ads, still get ads. Love the game but hate the ads. I troubleshot the app myself then contacted the developer twice and got no response. The ads make it not worth playing so it sucks that paying for ad free doesn’t work.

Insane how you are forced to watch an ad after each match against the bot. Horrible experience. Would not recommend

I actually think this game is really fun and good for passing time, but i wanted to get rid of the ads, paid the $1.99 to remove them, and it didn’t work. When i try to restore my purchases, the app just crashes lol
Great, except…
I love this game so I immediately paid to remove ads. After, I still had ads. Closed the app, tried to restore, crashed. This happened several times. Then I tried to purchase and it said I had and asked if I wanted to restore. I said yes and got a message about an insufficient time stamp. I know it’s only $2 but there are more ads than I’d like and wish they’d stop.

Great Game but Unfair Advantage that Wrecks the Enjoyment
This game is great apart from the fact that it gives a very unfair advantage to the player who goes first, as other players noted years ago. The developers said years ago they added a bonus round to fix this issue but there are no bonus rounds as far as I can tell. I have been first in every single multiplayer round I’ve ever played and it feels unfair and hardly competitive, as it’s very easy to be the first one to 50 when I effectively get one turn more than the player who goes second. Also, my fiancé and I do not have a Facebook. It frustrating that signing in with Facebook is the only way to play with friends as we had to make accounts specifically for this app. And to top it off, the invitation feature doesn’t even work. There is no way to accept a game invitation so after all that, we’re not even able to play together. Additionally, I paid for to remove ads. The app said my purchase was successful then crashed and it still shows me ads.

The game itself is great, I love the concept and how it’s played. What ruins it, is when you’ve won and the game gives your opponent “one last chance”. If the goal is 40 or 50 and I get there first, then I won. Secondly, there needs to be some sort of code that can be introduced that can suspect when someone is cheating. I have a very good vocabulary and I do not doubt anyone else, but when the opponent is using 18 letter words, it’s pretty obvious what it is.

Being able to only use Facebook for login is ridiculous. Could you please add a different log in feature?

Can’t play multiplayer with friends
The multiplayer option is fake, when I give my friend my ID it doesn’t work please fix!
multiplayer does not work
this game is really fun when you’re playing story mode, but i tried playing multiplayer with my partner and it just didn’t work. you can send invites but there’s no feature on the app to accept invites and it literally just doesn’t work. i’ve also found that this game crashes constantly and i have to restart my match all over.

Fun concept if multiplayer worked
This is a fun idea and I want to play against my friends, but it can’t connect to anyone it keeps saying server failed. Reinstalled, tried different networks, my iOS is up to date..I don’t know it just keeps saying failed to reach server. As a single player game it’s fun but I really only got it for the multiplayer.

Good game but…
This app needs some work. It’s a really fun game but it would be better if you implement the device keyboard. It’s really easy on the game keyboard for your finger to slip and hit the wrong button or letter. I used all of my auto completes on accident because of this. If I accidentally type the wrong letters it takes extra of the limited time I have to think and type a word just to backspace and type it again. On the shorter time rounds it gets really stressful and frustrating. On top of that, when I watch an ad to recover a auto complete, the game just freezes and won’t let me do anything but exit the match and lose a life. I lost almost all of my lives in a short period of time because of this. Please fix these issues if you are still working on this game. I find it really fun and it’s sad to see that it’s becoming genuinely unplayable.
