Rip off

Just got a battery pack from Lakeside Thurrock to charge a MagSafe battery I’ve just bought. The power pack only has one light on it! There are 3/4 lights which means it’s either got 33% or 25% of charge in it !!! What a rip off !!!

Dreadful

The worst and most unhelpful customer service team I have ever encountered. Entirely rude and entirely unhelpful. Really not sure what their job is. The product is useful when you desperately need it but far too expensive + it has no information on how much it will cost you. I guess it’s a fun little surprise if you’re into that. Don’t use this app, don’t call their support team, don’t work for this support team, it will be a waste of your time

Tried to install the app, still trying 20 mins later, just to get my card registered, using up what little battery I have, don’t use if your on low power,
