Terrible App: Rewards Don’t Work

The location in Frisco, Texas has serious issues with customer service and they charge for the free rewards food. Even when they admit their app isn’t wiry properly they don’t return the money they took illegally! Stay away from Bawarchi Biryanis.

Favorite Indian food in ftc

Vijayawada chicken Biriyani ( BLS)

I ordered 5 medium spicy chicken Biriyani. First of all it was too hot spicy
2/ high salted and cold not eat. So sad to say that very bad experience

Unusable to buy Biriyani in Decatur, GA

When I try to buy Biriyani it doesn’t let me buy one without an add on flavor. I just want the regular biryani and it is not possible to buy it though the app.

Great food but app is limited

Easy to use app—to track points, use coupons, and place order with customized spice levels. Wish the app included the kids menu though.

Beware for scams

I placed an order through this app. Few moments later when i called the store they said some of the items in the order arent available and asked me to cancel the order. I told them i dont see the option to cancel the order to which they simply replied saying they cant do anything about it then and hung up the call. They are running a next level scam
