Multiple Accounts
This app is useful only if I wanna check my balance and see transactions.
I have a few accounts that are not link so it is hard to make transfers.
24/7 online folks are lazy when I tell them my accounts are not link they insist I try to use the app.
Some tell me to go to the branch which is hella far.
So I’d have to call and hold a long time.

I would give 5 stars if I was able to use my card on Apple Pay and add on my apple wallet. Would there be an update where this would be possible? Overall, very pleased with the app, and very user friendly.

Ease of use app
This app has allowed and encouraged me to manage my accounts from anywhere. As long as the web is working, I’ve got access, helping me make good choices.

After the new update, I had a hard time trying to transfer funds to another member. It’s not simple as S1 or S3. Now I don’t have that option unless I call. Fix it!!

Yes I know! Share savings are now S001 and checking is S200. If there are multiple share or checking accounts then it would be S001, S002, S003 etc. For Checking S200, S201, S202 etc. You would need to know if the member you are transferring $$ to has multiple share or checking accounts. I'm sorry the S1 and S3 aren't coming back. But I'm sure once you get used to it all will be good again.
