Only use it to check in to club. Fitness schedules are never updated. All classes listed say “yesterday” and there is literally nothing useful about this app 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

As an instructor I find the app very easy to use. The only issue I have is sometimes it hangs. Could be my phone.

I absolutely love all the new updates in the Bay Club Connect app! The barcode refreshing every 60 seconds makes me feel confident that the club is staying ahead on safety and security, protecting its members. Managing shared memberships is so simple—I can easily add or remove members with just a few taps. I also really appreciate how easy it is to ask questions and get quick, real responses from an actual person, not a bot. The app has made everything so seamless and convenient!

No Apple Wallet Integration
Before my club was bought by Bay Club we had Apple Wallet integration. This app doesn’t. You have millions worth of clubs hire an IOS developer!

Easy, Efficient
App is super user friendly and has easy scan in access for the club. You can see everything the Club offers as far as classes and much more. Definitely recommend if you are a member.
