APP NEEDS SOME WORK
I gave the Bay Smokes app 5 stars because the products and overall experience with Bay Smokes have been great. The quality, shipping, and selection are all solid.
The app itself works, but it could definitely use some improvements. Navigation can feel a little clunky at times, and certain pages load slower than expected. Searching for products and switching between categories could also be smoother and more organized. A cleaner layout and better optimization would make the shopping experience way better overall.
That said, the products are good enough that I still enjoy using the app, and I’m looking forward to future updates improving performance and usability.

As I said, I really do love baseball so I’ve been ordering for a minute and I’ve at least spent almost $700 here lol but I just got the app, compared to the website. It’s really buggy accounts Don’t really switch over nor does your order history and your points.
