This product is dead
Don’t buy it. The app and products associated with it are dead. I can’t even get registered to start using it. I’m getting “Forbidden #403” message with firewall

El dispositivo dejó de funcionar tal y como alguien más ya lo mencionó antes. Es el mismo caso. No funcionan más de seis meses.

No updates, broken functionality
Very disappointed with this product now after putting 2 tickets in to BayitSense with no resolution. Notifications have stopped working for this software and no sign of any future updates or support.

Hey it works for me. I feel like people changed their settings from ALERT to something else that doesn’t make noise. Although, I’ve only had it a couple days.
Return it BEFORE it’s too late!
Alert is not working. You can log onto the app and see the history of who enters and exits but it does not send an alert to my phone. I contacted bayitSense customer support and received no response. The customer service should be a lot better for a company like this.
On March 6, 2018, the device shut down again. Contacted Customer Service a couple of times and open two separate tickets and still no response.

I regret buying this device. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. If YOU just bought this device, return it as soon as possible because it does not work properly. ZERO customer support. Hopefully you can get a refund from the merchant. Good Luck!

Socket socked it to me
Useless app! The WiFi socket will not pair with my iPhone 6 rendering my 2 security cameras and multiple sensors useless. No response from company after initiating several help tickets. Avoid this product!
Does not work
Basic functionality does not even work. Does not allow to create new account and keeps failing all the time. Created support ticket more than 2 weeks back and no response yet. Seems like entire tech dept is still on Christmas holidays!

Could not create a user
Since I could not create a user the app would not work. When I reached out for support no one helped me. So I will delete this app.
