Stickers don't initially show up in messages to use

Purchased these stickers and they are not showing up in messaging with the rest of my stickers. Have shut down/re-opened/rebooted phone and nothing. In App Store it shows installed but it's not anywhere.

Contacted help desk and they replied within an hour and got it figured out. Thanks!!

Thanks for your good words....When you download an application for iMessage it gets downloaded to the keyboard as opposed to the phone. If you cannot find your downloaded application, send me an email to info@2thumbz.com and I will send you instructions...andy
