About

BayRoute is the working app for a warehouse team: the office plans the day, the driver runs it, and both are looking at the same thing. Map. Visit. Deliver. YOUR CUSTOMERS ON A MAP Every store you serve, drawn as its own pin — never bunched into a cluster you have to zoom into. Pin colour tells you at a glance how often a shop has been called on. Search by name, street, city or ZIP, and tap a pin for the address, the phone number, the last visit and who made it. THE DAY'S ROUTE Build a route from the map or the customer list, put the stops in the order you want, and hand it to a driver. Route distance and drive time are worked out before anybody sets off. A saved stop order is never re-sorted behind your back. FOR THE DRIVER Today's route on the home screen with the stops in order and the progress so far. Open a stop for the address, one tap to call, one tap for directions. Record what happened — delivered, failed, skipped — with a photo, a signature and a written reason where one is needed. WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED Every visit and every delivery is kept against the customer, with the date, the notes and the name of the person who was there. Reports cover deliveries, visits, routes, failures and people, and export to CSV. RUNNING THE TEAM Territories, staff accounts, and a customer list you can build by importing a spreadsheet — addresses are located on the map automatically, and the cost of doing so is shown before anything is spent. BUILT FOR THE FIELD Large touch targets, strong contrast and plain language, because this is read in a warehouse and through a windscreen. Every status carries a label as well as a colour, so nothing depends on being able to tell green from amber. AN ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED BayRoute is used by the staff of a business that runs it. Your employer creates your account and decides what you can see; there is no public sign-up. What each person can reach — a driver their own route, the office everything — is enforced on the server, not by the app.
