Jay and his staff in service are wonderful, they are very helpful and polite, despite being busy he made time to help me with my 2014 Dodge Durango R/T with my warranty claim Bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is now do all my service on my vehicle.

The phone numbers on this app are not in service. This app is basic. It just gives you the bare minimum
Useless......
I have been trying to schedule a service thru the app for about a week
Now and it has not gone through and the number for the service department listed in the app is not working either; it rings but none of the prompts work and when the operator picks up they can't hear you so they hang up. The app is useless the number for the service department is useless I am starting to think this is a sign of the kind of service I should expect....

Bayside jeep App
I was told to download it because it would help my new jeep purchase...it has never worked! I can't even open the app in the iPhone 6. Useless and I deleted it.
Car finder/gps
It used to work great and accurate now always wrong address and in accurate very frustrating. Setting up car drop off for maintenance also doesn't work and u need to actually call to make a scheduled appointment .
